Tree climbing: An adventure in the trees
Tree climbing is our flagship activity at Fontdouce Adventure Park, offering a unique experience in the heart of nature. With 13 courses suitable for all ages and levels, there is a challenge to suit everyone.
- Children’s Trail (ages 3 to 8): For younger children, the park offers:
- 3 children’s courses: designed for children aged 3 to 8, these courses allow little adventurers to safely discover the joys of tree climbing. 1 net maze: a fun area where children can move around freely in complete safety, promoting agility and coordination.
- 1 relaxation net: a safe space where children can rest or play in peace.
- Trails for Young People and Adults: For older visitors, the park offers:
- 3 easy courses (from 1.10 m): ideal for beginners or those looking for a gentler experience. 4 intermediate courses (from 1.20 m): for those seeking new challenges, with varied and stimulating obstacles. 3 difficult courses (from 1.30 m): for the more daring, with complex obstacles and impressive heights. 2 giant zip lines, each 200 m long: dizzying descents offering breathtaking views of the valley and a guaranteed adrenaline rush.
- 1 relaxation net: a safe space to rest or have fun between courses.

The Totem Odyssey: A Challenge Inspired by the Must-See Television Game Show
For your team building or private events, discover the Totem Odyssey, a team-building activity presented in the form of exciting Olympic-style games. For around two and a half hours, your teams will compete in various challenges such as archery, orienteering, an obstacle course and suspenseful balance tests. This fun and dynamic experience is ideal for strengthening bonds within your group.
- Outdoor Laser Tag: Strategy and Adrenaline in the Open Air
For an immersive experience, Laser Game Outdoor plunges you into a world of strategy. Located on a marked-out field at the bottom of the Fontdouce valley, near the stream and under the trees of the forest, this game is accessible for groups of 6 or more, with a variety of scenarios. Laser Game Outdoor is suitable for adults and children aged 6 and above.
- Archery Game: Become the Robin Hood of your group
For archery enthusiasts, the Archery Game is for you! Equipped with protective helmets and arrows with foam tips, participants compete to win in various mini-games. This activity is available for ages 9 and up and requires a minimum of 6 people to be organised.
- Bubble Football: laughter and competition on the agenda
Bubble Football is a fun activity where participants, protected by an inflatable bubble, compete in football matches. This activity is ideal for groups wishing to combine sport and fun. It is available for groups of 6 or more people.
- All-terrain electric scooters: explore Charente Maritime in a different way
For an original way to discover the region, opt for electric all-terrain scooter rides. This activity allows you to explore Charente Maritime in a fun and eco-friendly way, while enjoying the region’s varied landscapes. There are three routes of varying difficulty to choose from. From 1 to 3 hours, set off to discover the majestic surroundings of Fontdouce!
- Interactive rallies: a new take on orienteering
Interactive tablet rallies offer several themes suitable for all ages. These modern orienteering races combine technology and exploration, providing an enriching and entertaining experience for groups.
Fontdouce Abbey: a journey through time
In addition to its recreational activities, Fontdouce Adventure Park is also a place steeped in history. Fontdouce Abbey, dating back to the 12th century, is a real treasure of local heritage. The Fontdouce Adventure Park is nestled in an exceptional natural setting, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our Nature Lounge, consisting of terraces suspended in the heart of the forest, offers a unique place to rest and enjoy a moment of tranquillity. Picnic areas, shaded aerial terraces and a snack bar offering meal options (paninis, crêpes, croque-monsieur, desserts) are available to enhance your day.
For those who wish to prolong the experience, hiking trails allow you to explore the surrounding forest and admire breathtaking panoramic views. These trails invite you to explore the richness of the local flora and fauna, while offering stunning views of the Fontdouce Valley.
