Frequently asked questions
Do we need specific equipment?
No specific equipment is mandatory. But it is strongly advised to wear sports shoes and trousers to do the activities. We don’t recommend that you wear shorts, skirt or dress.
Is the admission free for supervising persons?
Yes, it is. The supervising pErsons who don’t do the activities can circulate in the park without paying any entrance fee.
Do children need to be accompanied?
If they don’t do the activities, the supervising adults must be present to watch the children under 14 years old.
Are we followed by an instructor on the different courses high up?
No, you are not followed; the access to the courses is autonomous. However, members of the team are present on the ground to watch, advise you and intervene if necessary.
Do we have to do all the courses high up?
No, you don’t. However, we advise you to respect the progression and the difficulty level of the courses. You can do them at your own pace, depending on your capacities. It is also possible to do the same courses several times.
Is the time limited for the courses high up?
No, it is not. You can do the courses until the closing time.
Is there a maximal weight to be able to do the courses high up?
Yes, there is. The maximal weight to do the courses is 120kg.
What about the weather?
In case of storm or high winds (>80km/h), the park will be evacuated and closed until the weather is better. Visitors that will have spent less than one hour in the park will receive free admissions.
Which time of the day is the best to come?
During the summer period, the attendance on the park is quite important from 14:00. We advise you to come in the morning or after 16:00.
What payment methods are accepted?
The Adventure Park of Fontdouce accepts cash payments, credit cards, cheques and “Chèques vacances”.
Are dogs allowed on the site?
Yes, they are. But they have to be on a lead.
