To discover the surroundings of Fontdouce, the undergrowth, the valleys, the vineyards and the small heritage made up of fountains, washhouses and small hamlets, nothing beats all-terrain electric scooters ! Quietly, flexibly, they allow you to cross diverse natural spaces with the impression of gliding !
3 circuits for electric scooters have been created around the 3 themes marking the identity of the environment of Fontdouce :
- The route of the vines
- Getaway between woods and valleys
- The circuit of the 13 fountains
These circuits are to be downloaded on your mobile phone with the Google Maps app which you must therefore download beforehand on your smartphone. It is also necessary to be logged in to a Google account. From there, you just have to follow the routes as with a GPS !
The route of the vines
It is a fairly easy and relatively flat route. It allows you to take different paths to walk along the vines and circulate through the Borderies terroir which surrounds Fontdouce, one of the prestigious vineyards dedicated to the production of Cognac. It offers some very beautiful points of view. Allow about 1 hour for this route with electric scooters.

Getaway between woods and valleys
It is a very hilly course that leads to the discovery of very beautiful undergrowth and a wide variety of landscapes. It also allows you to follow the various streams that flow in the surrounding valleys. It offers a very nice discovery and has a slightly sportier character than the previous course. Plan between 1h30 and 2h to complete the entire circuit with electric scooters.

The circuit of the 13 fountains
This circuit allows you to discover the various washhouses, springs, wells and fountains present in our territory and which make it unique. From the small vault hidden under the vegetation to the magnificent perfectly restored washhouse, this circuit is made up of a wide range of what is called “small heritage”. It offers beautiful views and allows you to cross several hamlets. This circuit takes 2 to 3 hours with electric scooters depending on the time spent at each stage. You can absolutely consider stopping for a quiet picnic near a water point.

A few principles to follow with electric scooters :
To be able to rent electric scooters, the following points must be taken into account :
- Users must be at least 14 years old
- Adults must have Civil Liability insurance
- At least one member of the group must have a driving license
- A credit card imprint is recorded
- An identity document must be left at the reception
- A rental contract is signed before you leave for a walk
