There are several routes you can take to get to the Fontdouce tree climbing park from Angoulême. But if you’re looking for a more leisurely route, follow these directions: leave Angoulême via the N141 (the national road linking Cognac to Angoulême) towards Cognac, then turn onto the D939 at Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente. Continue through Rouillac and Matha, then take the D121 towards Burie. After passing Burie, you will see signs on your right indicating the Fontdouce Adventure Park 3 km after Burie. Follow the signs and you will arrive directly at the parking lot. This journey from Angoulême takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, allowing you to fully enjoy the road and the surrounding countryside.
