To reach your team-building event in Fontdouce from Niort, the quickest route is to take the A10 motorway: leave Niort via Avenue de Limoges to the east of Niort and take motorway junction 32. Continue on the motorway towards Saintes, heading in the direction of Bordeaux. Take junction 35 (the Saintes exit) to leave the motorway, follow the signs for Cognac, and once on the Cognac road, simply head towards La Chapelle des Pots, which you will pass on your way to Burie. Then pass St Bris des Bois Les Bujoliers and continue towards Burie. About 3 km after leaving St Bris des Bois Les Bujoliers, you will see the sign for the Fontdouce Adventure Park on your left. Follow the direction indicated by the sign along a small road for 200 m and you will find the Fontdouce Adventure Park car park on your right. Allow about 1 hour to get there from Niort via this route.
The other, quieter option for participating in a team-building event in Fontdouce from Niort is to take the D650 south of Niort towards Saintes and Cognac, then, from St Hilaire de Villefranche, head towards Cognac. When you reach Brizambourg, leave the Cognac road and turn right in the centre of the village towards St Bris des Bois. At St Bris des Bois, turn left towards Burie, continue for 3 km and you will see a sign on your left indicating ‘Parc Aventure de Fontdouce’. Take the small road on your left, continue for 200 metres and you will see the Abbaye de Fontdouce car park on your right. Allow about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get here from Niort via this route.
How do I get to the Fontdouce Adventure Park reception from the car park?
After leaving your car, walk towards the reception area of Fontdouce Adventure Park by following the car park towards Fontdouce Abbey below, then turn left to cross the road you arrived on.
