Totem Odyssey
A 100% team-building outing for the Works Council!
This team adventure puts you at the heart of the team-building activity! We're offering you a series of events for teams to take part in as part of a friendly competition, combining reflection, skill and a touch of physical effort, over half a day or a whole day. A real challenge to be experienced together through a series of fun stages, for a day out of the ordinary and some great memories! The events have been designed to cater for a wide range of profiles within the same company. They are accessible to everyone and allow the whole group to join in, whatever their profile. What's more, when you take the half-day option, you have a choice of events, meaning that a CSE looking for a sporting challenge will have something to satisfy his team, as will those looking for a series of events that are relatively accessible to as many people as possible! Would you like to organize a memorable CSE outing for young and old alike? Then tree climbing is the ideal activity for all your participants! In addition to improving the motor skills and confidence of the little ones, tree climbing is also a perfect compromise between a sporting activity and relaxation in the great outdoors for adults! tree climbing is a cross-generational activity that everyone can enjoy! We have 13 courses at different levels to suit all profiles and fitness levels, so everyone can enjoy the same activity. So, are you ready for a great adventure?

Trail games
A fun CSE outing!
Taking place in the grounds of Fontdouce Abbey, the treasure hunts and giant cluedo for older children are a fun way to discover this 12th and 13th century heritage site during a CSE outing, for all age groups: adults, children and even very young children! There are a number of different options, each with its own level of difficulty. Whether you're a team or an individual, these activities give you the pleasure of getting lost in the labyrinthine traffic areas of Fontdouce Abbey. The treasure hunts last between 1 hour and 2 and a half hours, depending on the game chosen, so you can organise an outing for a group of up to 100 people.

Water Fight
A torrential CSE outing!
Are you looking to organise an outing that won't be penalised by excessive heat and that appeals to all generations? Water Fight is the ideal activity! Especially when the heat is on: a few good jets of water can bring the temperature down! With Water Fight, the challenge is to adjust your water jet as best you can, and the result is lots of laughs! You'll leave with plenty of unforgettable memories!

Interactive rallies
An entertaining CSE outing!
Set off in teams in search of small geolocated beacons in an activity that appeals to all generations. Each beacon found corresponds to a general knowledge question on the chosen theme. The aim of the game? Find the markers and score as many correct answers as possible in as little time as possible. Each of you will have to use your senses of observation and orientation to find the markers, but you'll also have to analyse and think on your feet to find the best answers to the questions on the tablet, while drawing on your own knowledge! A vast programme!
There are several themes to choose from:
- The Disney trail in the forest, a cross-generational trail for everyone!
- The Adventure Films in the Forest trail is aimed at film buffs with some knowledge of the great adventure films of recent years.
- The Hidden Treasures of the Forest trail leads participants to discover a wealth of information about the local flora and fauna.
The Conspiracy
The Conspiracy: an original activity for your company outing
The Conspiracy is a fun and accessible activity, perfectly suited for organizing a CSE outing. This immersive role-playing game brings participants together around collective challenges where cooperation, observation and the pleasure of playing together are at the heart of the experience.
Designed for CSE outings in Charente-Maritime, this activity is suitable for groups of varying sizes and very different profiles. Everyone participates at their own pace, without physical pressure, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Combined with the other activities of the Fontdouce Adventure Park and the natural setting of the Abbey, Le Complot offers a compagny outing unforgetable and unifying ideal for strengthening ties between colleagues.
Skate Electrique
Une sortie CSE 100% sensation et découverte !
Envie d’offrir à vos collaborateurs un moment de déconnexion et de fun collectif lors de votre sortie CSE ? Les Sternboards électriques tout-terrain de Fontdouce sont l’activité idéale pour explorer la campagne charentaise autrement.
Glissez silencieusement au cœur de paysages préservés, entre vignes lumineuses, forêts ombragées et chemins vallonnés, tout en profitant du chant des oiseaux et des panoramas exceptionnels. Les Sternboards sont intuitifs et sécurisés, même pour les débutants, et les parcours empruntent des chemins peu fréquentés pour allier plaisir et sérénité.
Comment se déroule la sortie ?
Pour démarrer, les éclaireurs téléchargent le parcours choisi sur leur téléphone grâce à un QR code. Nos animateurs présentent ensuite le Sternboard et chacun s’entraîne quelques minutes dans la vallée pour prendre ses repères. Une fois tous les participants à l’aise, c’est le départ pour l’aventure !
Une sortie CSE en Sternboard, c’est allier cohésion, glisse et découverte de la nature, pour une expérience originale et mémorable au cœur de Fontdouce.
All-terrain scooters
A CSE outing for all to marvel at!
Looking for a complete escape during your company outing? Choose off-road electric scooter tours. This activity will allow you to discover the area around Fontdouce in a fun and new way. Our scooters are perfectly silent, letting you enjoy the scenery while listening to the birdsong. From a safety point of view, the scooters are limited to 25km/h and the routes have been designed to allow you to use safe, little-travelled paths.
How does it work in practice? To begin with, 2 or 3 scouts download the chosen route onto their mobile phones, using a QR code to be scanned. Our guides explain how the scooters work, and then each participant takes their scooter in hand to practise for a few moments in the valley. Once everyone is ready, you can set off on the route. The unspoilt surroundings of Fontdouce are very pleasant and varied, and there are several themes to choose from:
- The vineyard trail: a 1-hour walk around the Borderies and Fins Bois vineyards, two of the six crus from which our prestigious Cognac is made. The route is flat and suitable for novices.
- Escape between woods and valleys: around 1h30 of walking between pretty views over the valleys and hilly forest areas. This route is the most challenging of the three, offering as many beautiful views as it does thrills.
- The 13 fountains trail: around 2 hours of walking and discovering the small heritage sites of the Charente region. This trail is relatively flat and accessible to all.
Visit the abbey
A cultural ESC outing!
If you're looking for a cultural activity and an exciting way to discover our heritage, we strongly recommend a guided tour of Fontdouce Abbey. This activity will enable you to understand the history of a site founded over 900 years ago and bought back during the Revolution by local farmers whose descendants still own it. The team at the Abbey will be delighted to give you all the information you need about this site steeped in history. Several tours are available:
- The simple guided tour
- A friendly guided tour (led by one of the owners)
- The unusual guided tour (which will take you through all the little nooks and crannies of Fontdouce Abbey - a word of advice: bring waterproof boots!)
Outdoor Escape Game
A cerebral CSE outing!
Try to unravel the mysteries of Fontdouce Abbey with our Outdoor Escape Game. Puzzles follow one another through the Abbey's various indoor and outdoor areas, as you progress with your investigation. Each member of the team will have to use his or her powers of observation and reflection to find the right solution and unravel the mysteries that have hung over Fontdouce for hundreds of years.
Depending on the size of your group, two Escapes Games are available:
- Our 2-hour Escape Game, suitable for groups of up to 15 people, will enable you to form a single large team and move forward together, stimulating both cohesion and communication between employees.
- Our one-hour Escape Game is suitable for larger groups of up to 40 people. Several teams can play simultaneously to try and be the first to unravel the mystery of Fontdouce.
Treasure Hunt 2.0
An enigmatic CSE release
Want to immerse yourself in the enigmatic world of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone or embark on an adventure that requires sharp analytical skills with Jack Black's Treasure? In both cases, real logic and thinking games await you! Armed with your adventurer's kit and notebook, you'll need to work as a team and solve the riddles to find the treasure or join the prestigious School of Wizards! Every member of your team is essential to the treasure hunt: thinking and communicating are the key words for getting further. Do you feel capable of embarking on such an adventure?

Archery Games
A skillful CSE outing!
Organize an outing with an activity accessible to all, where everyone can test their archery skills! With the Archery Game, you'll challenge yourselves to team competitions requiring precision and speed, all while having fun. Our entertainers will guide you through your 30-minute game, and you'll enjoy a pleasant and memorable time in Fontdouce's exceptional natural setting. So, is there a Robin Hood among you?
If you'd like to organize a real sporting tournament, we recommend combining the Archery Game with our other 30-minute activities, such as Bubble Foot or Laser Game Extérieur, laughter guaranteed!

Bubble Foot
A stunning CSE outing!
Looking for a fun activity for all generations? Then Bubble Foot is the perfect activity for your team. Surrounded by your plastic bubble, you'll challenge each other in teams to the various games proposed by our entertainers. From a soccer match to a revisited beret, the aim will always be to shake up the other participants by rushing at them to destabilize them. To vary the pleasures and organize a multi-activity tournament for your CSE outing, you can offer several complementary activities by combining Bubble Foot with Laser Game Extérieur and Archery Game.

Outdoor Laser Game
A dynamic and competitive ESC outing!
If you're looking for an activity that combines fun and the great outdoors, the Laser Game could be the perfect option! Create several teams and challenge yourselves to this activity combining sport and team coordination. There are several games to choose from, and our activity leaders will be able to advise you on the scenarios best suited to your desires and the size of your group. Games last around 30 minutes and to extend your dynamic challenge and create a complete sports tournament, you can combine the Laser Game with other group activities such as the Archery Game or Bubble foot.

How many people can you accommodate for a BSC outing in Fontdouce?
At Fontdouce, all groups are welcome! Depending on the activities and services you want, by distributing the participants across all our activities, we can accommodate up to 300 people. Without losing sight of the fact that the objective is to allow all participants to be occupied during the day and with activities that suit them.
I have all the profiles likely to participate in our BSC outing, do you have activities suitable for all ages and physical conditions?
Yes, at Fontdouce, we have activities for everyone. From thrill-seeking adventures to cultural outings, everyone can find something to suit them. Some activities, like our flagship Team Building event, The Totem Odyssey, have been specifically designed to cater to the diverse profiles within professional groups. The activities are flexible and accessible to everyone. Everyone is free to take a 5-minute break if one of the tasks seems too difficult. Discover the team’s tips to boost your team cohesion!
For works councils wishing to invite employees and their families, we offer a wide range of activities suitable for both adults and children! This will provide a friendly, family-oriented and memorable day for all your colleagues and their families!
In case of rain during my BSC outing, do you have a plan B?
Yes, in case of rain during your CSE outing, we definitely have a plan B. If you have booked a meal in the forest and a storm is forecast, we will set up lunch in one of the Abbey’s rooms. As for the activities, some can easily be done in a light rain. In case of a storm, however, we will opt for an activity within the walls of Fontdouce Abbey. If truly catastrophic weather is forecast just before your event, we remain open to hearing from you if you prefer to cancel it. We have reliable weather applications and will also be better able to advise you. Discover all the benefits of a team outing to an adventure park!
What days and times can you host a BSC outing?

When do you recommend organizing a BSC outing to Fontdouce?
In order to take advantage of the magnificent outdoor spaces that Fontdouce has, we strongly advise you to plan your BSC outing between April and November. May, June, July, August and September are often the mildest months in terms of weather but we can have some nice surprises on the wings of the season!
