With this collective adventure, you're at the heart of teambuilding activities: teams compete against each other through a series of events combining reflection, skill and a touch of physical effort, over a half or full day.
A real challenge to be experienced together through a series of fun stages, for an extraordinary day of team-building and great memories!
The events have been designed to meet the diversity of profiles within a group: accessible to all, they enable all members of the group to participate. Starting with a half-day, you have the choice of events to best suit the objectives of your outing, making it more sporty or more leisurely.
In any case, on this activity the difference between the teams is created by the mutual aid and communication between the participants.

Create several teams and challenge each other in this activity combining skill and strategy.
There are several scenarios to choose from, and our entertainers will be able to advise you on the ones best suited to your wishes and the size of your group.
The games last around 30 minutes and to extend your teambuilding in the form of a complete dynamic challenge, you can create a sports tournament by mixing the Laser Game with other activities such as the Archery Game or Bubble Football.

An entertaining Team Building !
Set off as a team in search of small geolocated beacons! Each beacon you find will allow you to answer a knowledge question on the theme chosen at the start of your team building activity.
The aim of the game? To be the fastest team to find the markers and also the team with the most correct answers. Each member of your team has to observe and orientate themselves as best they can to find the markers, but it's also a test of their brainpower to find the best answers to the questions. You can choose one of these 3 themes at the start:
- The Disney Trail in the forest: it takes you back to your childhood memories!
- The Forest Adventure Film Trail: featuring the great adventure films of recent years.
- The forest's hidden treasures trail: a test of your knowledge of local flora and fauna

Go for Bubble Foot, it's guaranteed to make you laugh!
Surrounded by your plastic bubble, you'll challenge your teammates to the various games proposed by our entertainers. From a soccer match to a revisited beret, the aim will always be to shake up your opponents by dabbing them.

All-terrain scooters
An original outing for your Team Building!
Would you like to offer your staff a totally different experience during a team-building event? Go for a ride on an all-terrain electric scooter!
You'll be able to immerse yourself in the rolling, wooded countryside around Fontdouce in an original way. And with our perfectly silent scooters, you can enjoy the scenery and the birdsong!
Our scooters are limited to 25 km/h, so you don't have to worry about safety! What's more, the routes have been designed to allow you to use little-travelled paths in complete safety.
And how do we get organised? The route is downloaded onto the phone of some participants using a QR code to be scanned: 2 or 3 scouts will be enough! We explain how the scooters work and let you familiarise yourself around the reception area. Once the whole group is ready, all you have to do is follow the itinerary. The unspoilt surroundings of Fontdouce are very pleasant and varied, and there are several themes to choose from:
- The vineyard trail: a 1-hour walk through the Cognac vineyards, along a flat trail suitable for beginners.
- Escapade between woods and valleys: a 1.5-hour walk between pretty views over the valleys and surrounding forest estates. A more sporting route with some great discoveries and a few thrills!
- The 13 fountains trail: a 2-hour walk around the small heritage sites of the Charente region, including wash-houses, fountains, ovens and small hamlets. The route is relatively flat and accessible to all.
Visit the abbey
A cultural Team Building!
If you'd like to offer your employees a cultural activity and give them a fascinating insight into their heritage, we strongly recommend that you opt for a guided tour of Fontdouce Abbey: it takes you on a journey through the history of a site founded over 900 years ago and bought back during the Revolution by local farmers whose descendants still own it. The team at the Abbey will be delighted to give you all the information you need about this site steeped in history. There are several types of visit, depending on the nature of your teambuilding activity:
- The simple guided tour
- A convivial guided tour (led by one of the owners and ending with an aperitif)
- The unusual guided tour (which takes you through all the little nooks and crannies of Fontdouce Abbey; a word of advice: bring waterproof boots!)
- A guided tour along the water (a trip up the Fontaine Douce to see the site through its natural surroundings).

With the Archery Game, you can challenge yourself to games of precision and speed. At Fontdouce, our wide range of activities allows us to accommodate groups of all sizes. Your choices regarding activities and services will be the deciding factor. In any case, by combining our 12 activities, we can host very large groups of nearly 200 people, ensuring that all participants are engaged throughout the day in team-building activities that suit their abilities.
I have different profiles in my company, some of whom aren't very sporty. Do you have any activities that are suitable for all ages and physical conditions?
Yes, at Fontdouce, we have team-building activities for all types of groups. From sports-based team building to cultural outings, everyone can find the perfect activity. Some activities, like the Fontdouce Totem Odyssey, have been specifically designed to meet the needs of businesses and the diverse profiles within professional teams. The activities are adaptable and accessible to all. Participants are welcome to step aside for five minutes if a challenge seems too difficult.
If it rains during my Team Building event, do you have a plan B?
Yes, in case of rain during your Team Building outing, we definitely have a plan B. If you have booked a meal in the forest and a storm is forecast, we will set up lunch in one of the rooms of the Abbey. As for the activities, some can easily be done in a light rain. In case of a storm, however, we will opt for an activity within the walls of Fontdouce Abbey. If truly catastrophic weather is forecast just before your event, we remain available to discuss whether you prefer to cancel or postpone it. We have reliable weather applications and will also be better able to advise you.
What days and times can you welcome professional groups?
