About 88 km from Bordeaux, take exit 35 at Saintes, then follow signs for Cognac and Angoulême, bypassing Saintes via the ring road and exiting the ring road when you see the signs for Cognac and Angoulême. About 1 km after leaving the ring road, follow signs for La Chapelle des Pots. Drive through La Chapelle des Pots and continue towards St Bris des Bois, then Burie. Between the villages of Burie and St Bris des Bois, after 3 km, you will see the sign for Parc Aventure de Fontdouce on your left. To reach the reception area of Fontdouce Adventure Park from the Fontdouce Abbey car park:

The car park where you will park is located along Fontdouce Abbey, which is itself located at the bottom of the valley. However, Fontdouce Adventure Park is located downstream from the abbey, so to reach it, you will need to walk back along the small road you took to reach the car park and descend to the bottom of the valley, then turn left to reach the reception of Fontdouce Adventure Park, located on the opposite side of the valley, on the hillside just before the tree-top adventure park.

An incredible day. We were able to picnic on site, with several tables available. There’s a snack bar in the grounds. A wonderful, peaceful setting in the heart of nature, close to the pretty Fontdouce abbey. We’ll be back without hesitation. And a big thank you to all the team on site, each one more kind than the last! All smiling, attentive and responsive. It was a faultless experience 😊 Well done!

An exceptional site, with a very large car park and shaded spaces. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The courses are clean, with some new features compared with others I’ve been on. The site is clean and landscaped to respect nature. I was very pleased with the afternoon.
